On behalf of the 2020 Senior Party Executive Committee, we would like to provide an update on the Covid-19 situation as it relates to the Senior Party.
As we know, at this time, e-learning will go through May 4th. As of now, the Class of 2020’s graduation ceremony is scheduled as planned, therefore we continue to process registrations and continue our flower sale through April 17th.
At this time, based on the "Stay at Home" order by Gov. Walz, the warehouse will be closed until April 10th.
We will continue to provide updates as we understand more in the coming weeks.
March 25, 2020
All orders must be placed by April 17th, 2020.
If you prefer to pay by check, please fill out the attached order form and mail form along with a check to:

The “Bodies” are a life sized, full body photo of your senior that are used to decorate the school. In past years, students have been photographed wearing a team uniform, t-shirt of the college they are going to attend or have simply used a senior photo. Note: they should be of the whole body, not just a head shot. Many parents will opt to decorate the body with additional photos or images that are important to their senior.

We will continue the tradition of the Kindergarten to Senior Hallway. We ask that you submit two digital images of your student as a kindergartner (or around that age) and as a senior. Please make sure they are of 300 dpi resolution and about a 5 x 7 size. We will not accept screenshots of your photos due to the fact that they will be poor resolution. If needed please have the images scanned. Please include the first and last name of your senior in the Subject line of your email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. All photos should be submitted no later than May 1st.
While the bulk of the party is funded by registrations, we also rely on donations. We are looking for corporate sponsors for prizes, decorating supplies, food and general donations. Please note that we do not currently have a fundraising or sponsorship chair. We are currently relying on ALL senior parents/guardians to help with this task. If you know of a corporate sponsor or donor, please contact Joanna Engstrom (email@example.com).
